Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Our aim is to provide a serene and welcoming retreat for all and the following guidelines help to ensure it all runs smoothly.

    Please note that travel insurance is not included in the package and we strongly recommend taking adequate cover through your preferred agent.

  • To reserve your space, you must pay a non-refundable deposit and pay the full balance by 1st June 2025.

    By making a booking with us, you confirm that you are 18 years of age and have understood and accepted all of our Terms and Conditions.

    We may decline any booking at our discretion.

  • The most up to date prices are available on our website. All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and we have used the Westpac conversion rate of 1 AUD = 0.592 EUR advertised on 13 Nov 2024

    The price includes:

    • Daily morning and evening Iyengar yoga

    • Daily evening meditation or restorative classes

    • Three Homemade delicious meals included everyday

    • Welcome dinner at the Farmhouse

    • Wine Tasting experience with tour of vineyard and three course lunch

    • Day trip to Civita di Bagnoregio and Orvieto (with packed lunch)

    • Access to two pools,

    • Six nights’ accommodation

    • All Yoga mats and other yoga equipment provided

    • Airport transfer from Rome - We will provide one bus at 2pm

    Not included in the price are:

    • Airfares

    • Travel Insurance

    • Alcohol

    • Spa Services

    We endeavour to publish the correct prices, however if errors are published, we ask for your understanding and we reserve the right to correct our mistakes.

  • While we aim to keep variation to a minimum, we are a small studio and we reserve the right to vary the cost of the retreat before the commencement for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to fuel or government surchages.

    Negative currency fluctuation of more than 2% may also result in a variation of costs. We endeavour to keep these to a minimum by paying our suppliers as early as possible, however we reserve the right to vary the cost of the retreat and provide clear explanations for the variations

  • A non-refundable deposit of AUD700.00 per person is required to reserve your place.

  • Payments must be received in full by 1st June 2025 in order for us to pay our suppliers. If you fail to make the full payment by the due date, we will send you a first and final reminder. If we don’t receive payment after 7 days after the reminder, we will consider your booking cancelled.

    Late bookings after the Final Payment Date are subject to availability and price increases.

  • We understand that sometimes events beyond our control happen and you may cancel your booking by sending a written notice to office@myoga.com.au. A cancellation fee applies and is calculated from the date we receive the written notice. The cancellation fee amount is as follows:

    • Over 90 days before commencement: Instalment payment(s) only.

      • 90 days to 45 days before commencement: 75% of the booking value

      • Within 44 days or no show: 100% of the booking value.

    This cancellation fee reflects the losses myoga would incur at that particular point.

    We recommend taking adequate travel insurance that covers travel insurance that cover you for risks of cancellation for the entirety of your investment .

  • Should events beyond our control happen - including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, war, civil strike, terrorist activities, pandemic or any government restriction - we reserve the right to cancel the retreat and refund payments less amounts paid to third parties that cannot be recovered and other expenses paid by us for the cancelled travel arrangement.

    It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT that you take adequate travel insurance for the entirety of your investment and a policy that protect you for these eventualities

  • We will do our best to accommodate your amendments requests, however if these incur additional costs, you will be required to pay these before the amendments are confirmed.

    We recommend taking adequate travel insurance that covers the entirety of your investment with a policy that covers amendments you may need.

    Whilst we endeavour to limit changes to your itinerary, there may be instances where changes are out of our control. If this happens, we’ll notify you within a reasonable time and we’ll offer a corresponding refund when received from a supplier.

  • We cannot make a refund if you choose not to use some or all travel activities arranged for you or because of late arrival and early departure.

    We recommend taking adequate travel insurance to cover these eventualities.

  • Transfer from the airport in Rome on arrival is included, however it is your responsibility to give us your flight details in writing 30 days before your arrival and attend the meeting point at the agreed time which will be communicated to you at least 2 weeks before departure.

    As we will not accept responsibility for transfer costs incurred by you in the event of delayed arrivals or missed transfer to the airport, we strongly recommend taking a travel insurance that cover the entirety of your investment and a policy that includes these eventualities.

  • Unless you have booked a single occupancy room (one person in a double room), you will be sharing a room with another person in a twin room. We endeavour to match you with your preferred roommate if requested, otherwise you will be allocated a roommate for the duration of the retreat.

  • A valid passport is required at the time of booking. Please note that your passport must be valid at least 6 months from the date of return to Australia or the airline may refuse to take you onboard.
