I've been teaching online since 2020, and many students have been coming along since then. I try to have a balance of demonstration while still seeing you in your practice during the course of class.

This 5 morning series is FREE for current online pass holders - and for new students signing up will give you access to the series with an added bonus of all of the online classes for the month of January/or December if you book now! That could be up to 15 classes for just $130

It's handy to have props at home, so reach out if you need to borrow anything at all.

Classes are 6:00 - 7:30 am Tuesday - Saturday, links and recordings will be emailed daily.
