Kellie Brett, owner of myoga studio, hosts another weekend yoga and wellness retreat/workshop. This time we experience a new venue together - the Redgum Retreat in Dwellingup, just an hour or so south east of Perth.
Join us for what will be an mid Summer, refreshing weekend of lazy days bookended with Iyengar yoga! Kellie’s retreats are under-scheduled and extremely restful.
Schedule:
Arrive Friday afternoon, drink in the landscape, walk and talk and settle in your gorgeous shared accommodation.
Pranayama/restorative Friday evening class begins at 4:30 pm, and we’ll gather, meet and share a delicious vegetarian meal together from 6:45 pm.
Saturday morning meditation/asana and pranayama class begins at 7:00 am followed by a continental breakfast and ample time to relax, explore, read, walk and unwind. The bibbulman track is right next door, and the town is just a 15 minute walk away.
The Saturday afternoon restorative/pranayama class will begin at 4:30 pm and we’ll eat a gorgeous vegetarian meal together from 6:45 pm. Perhaps some chant, a movie, group meditaion.
Sunday morning meditation and asana class starts at 7:00 am, and we share breakfast together before closing. You’re welcome to enjoy the venue and grounds for the day!
All meals from Friday night (except Saturday lunch) are included
The retreat costs vary as I offer a substantial discount for my online monthly pass members. The maximum number of students over the weekend will be 16. And all accomodation is shared.
(You are a monthly pass holder if you have an unlimited online recurring $130 pass)

A full refund will be issued if the minimum numbers for this retreat are not met and the event is cancelled by the organiser prior to 18 Jan, 2023
